Is there a Buyer's Agent Commission ?

Generally, sellers indicate they would pay a commission for the right buyer. If you accept an offer from a buyer and agent you would owe that agent a commission. You decide the amount of commission. If you offer a 2.5-3% commission every agent will show your property. Offering less than market commission will resulting in fewer showings. There is never a commission to mls-listing.com.

Can I offer a flat dollar amount commission instead of percentage?
